What to Expect
I want working together to feel straightforward, enjoyable and productive
for both of us.
That means knowing what’s included, planning ahead and making sure we have everything needed before design begins.
A few things worth knowing:
Your monthly deliverables are defined. Each package includes the specific assets listed above. Additional work can be quoted separately, subject to availability.
You supply the content. This includes copy, product information, campaign direction and suitable imagery. I handle the visual design.
Campaigns need lead time. Please enquire about upcoming launches or major promotions approximately five weeks before your intended go-live date. Final content is required before scheduled design work begins.
Revisions are included. Two rounds per deliverable give us room to refine the work while keeping projects moving.
Unused deliverables don’t roll over. Each package is designed around that month’s scheduled creative needs.
Rush requests are subject to availability. Where accepted, a 50% rush fee applies.
