Lumi Wine & Cocktail Bar

Inspired by the misty mornings and quiet charm of the Dandenong Ranges, Lumi is a conceptual wine and cocktail bar designed to capture the feeling of slowing down. The visual identity combines expressive illustration, rich colours and refined typography to create an intimate, inviting atmosphere with a touch of old-world character.

Gordon's Corner Wine & Cocktail Bar

Gordon’s Corner is a new Wine and Cocktail Bar and were needing a logo to start their business. Their inspiration consisted of an art deco style with velvet furniture, bold patterning and dark mood lighting. They also knew they wanted their logo to be gold. I began this project by researching art deco font styles and design to ensure I was creating a design that met the brief. Once I had a clear idea I began to draw the line work taking inspiration from film stills like The Great Gatsby. By adding a gold foil texture to the logo I was able to create a logo that the client loved!

Virgo Espresso Cafe

Virgo Espresso is a small, local café business situated in Frankston on the Mornington Peninsula. For this project, Bree (founder) contacted me in need of innovative designs to display on her business loyalty card and take-away coffee cups. She shared the type of designs that she wanted me to implement and draw inspiration from but was trusting in my ability to create a design people would gravitate toward. My choice to incorporate coffee beans into the design was a playful way to link back to the main identity of the business – a coffee-focused café. Hinted at earlier, Bree was intrigued to see what I could produce particularly for the coffee cup as she didn’t have a prior vision of how it may come into view. I chose a dainty floral pattern to give a soft and unique feel to the design, ensuring not to overpower vital business information displayed such as the logo and trading hours.

Miki Swim

Miki Swim is a sustainable, ethical and Australian-made swimwear label that I founded in 2020 after studying Textile Design at RMIT University. It was while studying that I developed a passion surrounding the conscious impact we can all have on this planet. This, in addition to growing up on the Mornington Peninsula and being enamored by its beautiful beaches and lifestyle, is what ultimately inspired me to start this ethically inclined label. Floral prints, eco-friendly aesthetics and coastal lifestyles is the message I want to share with consumers. I gained a wealth of knowledge creating this brand as I dealt with overseas manufacturers, liaised with suppliers, all while creating tech drawings, prints, branding and social media content to accommodate my brand.

Costa

Costa is a conceptual surfboard brand built around sustainability and a love for the ocean. With surfboards crafted from recycled materials at its core, the identity embraces playful typography, sun-soaked colours and retro-inspired illustrations to capture the carefree spirit of coastal living.

Soft coastal blues, elegant typography and delicate shell illustrations come together to create a sophisticated yet welcoming identity that reflects the brand's relaxed coastal aesthetic.
